Is your Safari URL address toolbar suddenly gone away and you can’t find a way to get it back? Don’t worry, I’ve been through the same problem, and the solution was actually pretty simple. I don’t know how it happened, but I guess I accidentally typed the command for hiding Toolbar without realizing it, so did you I bet.
I felt so inconvenience using Safari without toolbar because you can’t even search on Google nor know where you are on the Internet. It is so frustrating without Toolbar. The address bar doesn’t only show where you are, but also lets you search from there on search engine. Anyway, let’s do it. Here’s how to get back URL address toolbar in Safari for Mac.
Now the Toolbar should be all back including Back and Forward buttons, URL bar, Sharing button, immediately reappear. If the URL address bar or something else is missing yet, it means you probably removed it from customization, but don’t worry. It’s very easy to fix as well. Return to ‘View’ > ‘Customize Toolbar’, and then you can choose and drag and drop on the Toolbar, otherwise you simply drag the default set into the Toolbar. I hope it helped!
